Jewels Of The Earth Baking

Question by proud parent: Any idea what kind of bugs are in my baking flour?
I opened a bag of flour that has been sitting for just a couple months and found tons of ity bity bugs in it. The other bag of flour that had been open didn’t have them, What could they be? A couple of them were bigger and looked almose like maggots, but they were smaller and had dark heads. the others were too small to see any detail.

Could be weevils.
