	Specialties: Our newest additions are our Angel dogs, which are a compassionate version of the familiar crème filled chocolate cake. They are filled with a delicious vegan marshmallow crème. Vegan Doodles are a fluffy vanilla cupcake filled with the same marshmallow crème. The chocolate truffle loaf is a rich, moist dark and delicious chocolate cake topped with fudgy ganache.
	Cookies: All of our cookies are handcrafted. They are all cholesterol free and have no trans fats. Our 4 flavors are chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and snicker doodle. We are continually adding new and exciting flavors to our line.
	Muffins: Our jumbo muffins are moist and packed with flavor. We use fresh blueberries, apples and bananas. The chocolate chip muffin is studded with mini chocolate chips. Our most requested cinnamon “buttermilk” muffins have a delicious cinnamon sugar crust. Look for new varieties in the upcoming months.
	Our elegant signature cakes come in 2 gourmet flavors. Our chocolate raspberry cake is made with a rich intensely chocolate cake filled with fresh raspberry puree and a whipped chocolate filling. It is coated with a glossy chocolate ganache. The chocolate mousse cake is filled with a light and fluffy chocolate mousse and, it too, is enveloped in our rich chocolate ganache. They are both truly a chocolate lovers dream.
