

| Jewels of the Earth is a specialty baking company. Our clientele includes people who are vegan vegetarian or are allergic to eggs and dairy, two very common allergens, as well as those who are seeking great tasting no cholesterol and trans fat free baked goods. All of our products are completely animal free. They are baked in an egg and dairy free kitchen so there can be no contamination from equipment used for dairy or egg products. We are Vegan and Kosher Pareve certification pending. We began as a small company that supplied cakes for private parties. We have grown to the point that we are now supplying vegetarian restaurants and health food stores in the New York City and Long Island areas. Our owner and executive pastry chef, Carol Sobczak, has 13 years experience with egg and dairy free cooking and baking. She has been a practicing vegetarian for that time and vegan for the last 10 years. Veganism, nutrition, healthy eating and cooking are her passions. Finding great tasting and satisfying desserts is simply a natural outcome to the integration of those loves. We have a wide variety of vegan cakes, muffins, cupcakes, brownies and cookies, including our most requested chocolate raspberry ganache cake. We are changing the world one delicious mouthful at a time! |
